How do I know if my roofline needs replacing?
Signs include visible rot or cracking on timber fascias and soffits, overflowing gutters, damp patches on internal walls below the roofline, or paint peeling from external timbers. We offer a free inspection and honest advice.
How long does roofline replacement take?
A standard semi-detached house typically takes one full day. Larger detached properties may take two days. We work cleanly and leave the site tidy at the end of each day.
Does UPVC roofline need maintaining?
No. UPVC never needs painting and won't rot. An occasional wash with soapy water keeps it looking new. Most UPVC roofline products carry a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee.
Do you take away the old materials?
Yes — all old timber fascias, soffits and guttering are removed, loaded and taken away as part of the job. There are no hidden disposal charges.
